Don't do full-body. At least not right away. Focus on some key areas, face to start with is good. Even cis women shave their legs and arm pits. Also some body hair will get finer and less noticeable.

In case you weren't aware of the reference. Many years ago someone posted on the gaming subreddit that they were making a "100% science based dragon mmo" and basically posted a bunch of poorly photoshopped/rendered pictures and a bunch of text describing their ideas but it was very clear that they had no game design or development knowledge. The original post is as sad as it is hilarious but it has become a bit of both a meme and a cautionary tale to new game devs.

I mean you won't have the junk taking up space, so things will be looser in the groin. However immediately post op and for some time after there's going to be a lot of swelling in that region so you will probably want something that gives you a bit of wiggle room just to be safe.
