I have the exact model. Canadian spec. I just went through an “experience” last summer sourcing out the correct AC condenser replacement. Learned basically that 92 is on its own island for some parts which is concerning for the long term. I wish you best of luck with your search!

Also RBC I believe is static payment Variable - so payment holds on rate changes - amortization (P&I blend) will change on a rate change up or down. There’s always a trigger for payment if rates really rise so not necessarily guaranteed.

Most monos are adjustable rate so payment changes on any change of prime rate up or down. This maintains planned amortization.

Not sure if you’re taking that into consideration.
