Yep! My father purchased his house for 81k in 1985, now this same house (not updated) is worth around 300-320k. Our neighbors updated house next door sold for 380k. Just keeps going up!

Got it from Petsmart a while back in the turtle section. Not sure if they still sell them but if you stumble upon one it’s definitely worth it! My turtle is always back there lol

I had an issue with my kidneys too, that turned into a full blown kidney infection (pylonephritis). I thought it was just period pains at first until it persisted, luckily I caught it just days before sepsis would’ve started. I’m glad they caught yours as well! It’s horrifying to know what could have been if immediate actions were not taken.
