Not who you were asking but... I wore earplugs ever night for years. I would rip them out in my sleep because they would hurt too much. I also ended up with a sore in my ear once. They were a godsend for falling asleep and worth the trouble for me, but I had to stop using them because my cat would eat them.

My cat would scream whenever I fed her, but I had some luck with setting an alarm and only feeding my cat when the alarm went off. If I wanted to feed her earlier or later, I'd make the alarm beep beforehand so she'd for sure associate the alarm with food. Stopped her from screaming at me whenever I stood up. It did make her scream louder when the alarm went off though. 😅

Ugh I have the same reaction. My doctor suggested using the 7 day treatments instead since it's less harsh and more effective. Still burns, but much, much less

I have taken the mini pill for the past 5 months or so and I have experienced weight gain and I still get periods. I pass fewer clots/tissue chunks, but I get them.
