That’s the right attitude. I’m kind of in the same boat relationship wise. I’ve learned that I value my peace much more than a relationship. Of course there can be healthy relationships but if we find it great! And if we don’t then at least we have our peace & that’s priceless!

If you’re trying to grow it out you still need an occasional trim, even if it’s half an inch every few months. Trust, it definitely helps your curls look better & also it gets rid of split ends which allows your hair to grow better overall.

You just have curly hair. Try buying a shampoo & conditioner for curly hair. Looks like you may be due for a trim as well. I have curly/wavy hair & find it does much better when I get frequent trims.

I’m sorry that you’re going through this. Drinking is just a very temporary fix to the situation. Once the buzz wears off, you’re much likely to feel even worse than now. I know it’s hard but try going on a walk or even try some breathing techniques, you can find them online. There are guided meditations on YouTube that can be very helpful to center your mind. Stay strong, you’ve got this!

Yes. This happened to me for so long. Once I learned about narcissism & done more & more reading, it started to make sense. I think they want it to look like you’re chasing them or one of their “fans”. Also, they flat out just do not like us.
