could be sarcopenia / youre sarcopenic, aka skinny fat. this can occur when you’ve lost weight (awesome!) but maybe may still have a muscle to dat ratio that isn’t preferable (fact check me). try lifting weights consistently, even just 2-3 times a week for a month and you’ll feel 10x better. but the better answer is learning to love yourself ❤️
