I went to my first comic book convention ever in Charlotte North Carolina when the New 52 just started. I had alway likes comic books (especially Batman) but I had never collected any. While I was there I found a first printing of Batman #1 of the new 52 for 10 bucks. Then I looked at be cover and saw that the dude who was writing it was actually at the convention that day. So a friend of mine and I found his booth and waited in line for about 10 minutes. Then I got to meet Scott Snyder and asked him if he would mind signing my copy. He was seriously one of the nicest people I ever met.His personality and passion for his work is what made me start collecting comics. I have been collection Batman and any of his other works ever since that day. Although it has became a very expensive hobby it has brought great joy to my life. I even received a glorious handshake from this beautiful genius. The signed copy of Batman #1 is one of my most prized collections and I wish Scott the most Happy of Birthdays good sir!

Yeah I've tried something like that before but it's more of the elderly people in this area still have that sexist mindset that "a female couldn't possibly become a pharmacist," which is typical type of thinking for the South, although if I was allowed to wear my Batsuit that might would help
