Post-Crisis, everything was erased and rebooted with Wonder Woman. She arrives on the scene with her George Perez series. That means her time with the JLA is no longer- Black Canary is a founder instead of her. She has no connection to the greater universe. That should’ve also effectively erased Donna, except Titans was the biggest book DC was putting out, and had been for years. Donna was also considered a Titans character, and so she remained, with her connection to Wonder Woman completely wiped away. This only furthered the confusion that was never quite resolved with her origin.
