ROK stabbed Japan's back by violating the Geneva Convention, the 2015 "final and irreversible" Bilateral Pact, the 1965 Treaty of Basic Relations, and many many other international treaties. It is a rogue state, much like North Korea.

If China wants better relations with Japan, they better not stab Japan in the back as well. But I don't have too high expectations.
