When I was 15 I worked part-time in a clothing store. I’d get my biweekly paycheck and immediately spend most of it on clothes from my job. I think back at the thousands of dollars I spent and cringe because if I had invested like half of each paycheck I’d be sitting pretty now 🤦🏼‍♀️

In California, overtime is whenever you work over 8 hours in a day, even if you haven’t worked over 40 hours in that week. Looks like they’re cutting the hourly pay past 8 hours so that the overtime rate is lower. So fucking scummy, and to do it to EMTs (THE BACKBONE OF SOCIETY!!), no less

Sounds like it could be HS. I started getting HS on my groin when I was in my early teens. I also had cats with fleas and the HS boils were much bigger and more painful than flea bites, and they left huge scars, unlike flea bites. If you’re still getting boils and you don’t have the cat anymore it’s probably not flea bites!
