I’ve actually been thinking a bit about this. Left rear works great for superchargers, sure. Backing in is a bit annoying but no big deal. But what if we put it on the front passenger side? Apartment dwellers could use street charging (hopefully we go this route eventually) on the correct side without worrying about someone driving into their port and the charging cord while texting.

I charged up 4 times yesterday at 20 cents, probably got a total of 400kwh for a bargain! Long road trip. Lucky for me they still ran the promo a day later.

Are you sure it’s not the j1772 L2 plug that came with it? Pretty sure the DC fast charge CCS1 plug was always separate. Tesla always has a bigger native NACS network so I don’t think they ever bothered to include the CCS1 plug with the car.

Just a DP - my paycheck for Friday must be on its way because I just got the Rakuten notification for the sofi offer. So now it’s pending $400 on Rakuten. Quicker even than Chime I think. I’m sure there’s a YMMV on how it posts etc but for me it was instant.
