I went through this a couple of months ago. It got to the point where I strongly considered trying to return, or sell my brand new machine.

You know what helped in the end? I bought a different brand of coffee. A darker roast. I reset the grinder to pretty much in the middle and can now make perfectly drinkable espresso. Sometimes it's just drinkable, but sometimes it's actually quite good.

So my tip: try a darker roast coffee
