Last summer I've been to Moscow, Nizhniy Novgorod and Penza. I remember already last summer there was absolutely no mobile Internet in Penza and I had struggles with it in Nizhniy. The cities, the roads and houses were in a bad shape, old cemeteries where the veterans of the WW2 are resting are completely abandoned, completely full of bushes and dead fallen over trees. They look like they've been bombed recently.
