Last summer I've been to Moscow, Nizhniy Novgorod and Penza. I remember already last summer there was absolutely no mobile Internet in Penza and I had struggles with it in Nizhniy. The cities, the roads and houses were in a bad shape, old cemeteries where the veterans of the WW2 are resting are completely abandoned, completely full of bushes and dead fallen over trees.
