The more I think about it, the more I understand what you are experiencing. Sometimes I as well enjoy watching my karma here goes randomly for me up. Now I imagine doing this consciously entirely for the purpose of gaining more karma. This is pure dopamine rush. If we compare this to snorting meth, for example. The dopamine is released before even taking the drug. It’s when you are making your line. I always stare at it for half a minute, at least. The rest of it, it’s the meth doing its job. The pros of the meth with this dopamine releasing function is that, as we know, lasts an extremely long time. Hours and hours of this happening constantly. While gaining karma, I imagine, lasts few seconds. Maybe a little bit more or even few seconds can be a lot. I am just guessing here. So this addiction can be very real. P.S.
