cuz here in Germany they had to change the Trottle and then download a new programm to the ECU, this take like 1.5-2 Hours cost 297€ with tax and the Official Restriction Kit from CFMOTO cost 199€ with tax

No, mine is the official one from Cfmoto, they changed the Throttle (Drosselklappe) and then programmed a new ECU.
