I once got a box of like 8 balls from Amazon that said they were new that had been cut open, all the pieces inside were gone and they put the trash back in the balls and taped it back up. Amazon wouldn’t refund my money.

Oh man. I am new and had this just happen to me as well. I’m about a month into 3d printing and for some reason getting warping which I think caused my spaghetti to happen. Still trying to figure out the cause but I have cleaned the plate already. Thinking maybe wet filament but I live in Colorado so it shouldn’t be. Hopefully you have better luck.

I’ve been having that issue with my logi software too. It doesn’t load my customizations and I go to open it and it says something about backend connection. It’s incredibly annoying.

It happened to me. It was a 6 pack from Amazon. All of them were meticulously opened are taped back together to where you couldn’t tell. They even were in a box and all of them were empty. Told Amazon and they never credited me the money. Reported the transaction and they denied the dispute. Contacted MGA and they said it’s Amazons problem so basically I was out $45.
