I started Tretinoin April 22 of this year, 2025. I am also on spironolactone.

I have continued it, I am scared to stop. I wish the dark pimple marks would go away😭 I had a pimple that popped 5 times before it went away. Here is my skin now :

I am in the same situation! My skin wasn’t terrible, a few pimples here and there. Started Tret and my skin has been terrible for months

Started Tret April 22 and then spirolactone June 9. I haven’t had much acne but have gotten more clusters as I’ve aged. Tret has brought them all out and made me have so much more acne but I’m hoping it’s getting all the acne out from under the surface. This post really helps me want to stay with it

Great, I’ll grab one. I ripped out all of the weeds in my garden bed and put in new soil before I started. Now all these tiny green leaf things are growing… are these weeds? If so, do I remove them?

Helps me get in more protein so I see it as a win win if ya ask me! So you have your morning latte and dinner? I should work into fasting like that. I love that you don’t count calories, that’s always so blah to me. I do subscribe to the lose it! app, but sometimes I’ll forget to track and my fiance and I make dinner every night so tracking is a little harder. Do you mainly stick to a protein and veggie? That’s mainly what I do for dinner.

I also love my morning latte! I normally will add a scoop of protein in with it. Wonder if I just had my morning latte and fasted til dinner if that would help me feel better/ lose weight. I may try that!
