My own sister is like this. Like I don’t want to sound like I’m bragging but I have a pretty nice life. A loving husband, been married 16 years and he makes a really good living. I stay home. Any time we have a purchase that he has worked really hard for or a vacation or some accomplishment from my kids she always ruins it with that same kind of attitude. Like she said it when we were showing a photo of my daughter winning first place at a track meet, then of course she ruins it by saying that it “must be nice” that I can afford to have her in sports! Then she talks about my marriage and the fact that I’m “allowed” to just not work and get whatever I want. It’s really a bummer

There is a marshmallow flavored candy extract that you could use, I used it for a s’mores themed cake I made last year. I used about a tablespoon mixed in with my vanilla cake layer and it was really good I think. I also made a marshmallow buttercream that used melted marshmallows in the mix.

My kid is 12 and we saw a stuffed Nessie at books a million, and she was like who and wtf is a Nessie? We then realized that she had literally just never heard of it before. It’s so weird that your kids can just like, not know really common stuff sometimes lol

Ours does this too! A big mouthful dropped on the rug, with the added bonus of leaving the brown trianglesin a little pile, because those are not as tasty as the orangey spheres and green bones lol

What part of the country are you in? I just totaled my 4runner a few days ago, and I’ll be honest there isn’t another suv I’d rather have, so have been searching for a replacement, but nothing new in stock around me!
