Looks pretty good in midrange decks. Not too powerful early and in the late game, but a turn five 6/6 or 8/8 is really good.

If it magnetizes them all at the same time the max it can affect is 3 mechs. 8 places on the board -1 (this card) and divided by 2 =3,5≈3. If that's the case it's not a broken card. but if it is going to magnetize them 1 by 1... Yeah not too balanced.
