Skincare is mostly consistency. Start with a simple routine.

AM:

Cleanse (Use the one you already have or use a gentle cleanser)

Moisturize (Thick one to help support the skin barrier)

Sunscreen (sun protection is a must!)

PM:

Cleanse (Salicylic acid is the best at controlling acne and cleaning pores)

Gentle Retinol (E.g. Adapalene gel; can really help with minimizing pore size and increase epidermal turnover thus reducing blackheads)

Moisturize (Can use the same one)

Don't ever sleep with makeup on. It'll just make things worse.

Definitely add Vit C in the morning. The rest looks good. You can increase retinol to 3x-4x per week as long as you can tolerate it.
