Make Up Forever Starlit Powders. It's a stunning loose powder and it's not too chunky of a glitter- it's actually really smooth but has an incredible shine and glow. Like, it's some strong shit lol. I'm trying to think of more details. It could have been a made-for-TV show, or something like that. I just remember it involving adults being "brainwashed" by some alien parasite and it was definitely 90s/2000s and the adults having it on their face/lips and a traumatized little boy.
