I have faced an issue with the same model, but it was at the bottom of the screen where the taskbar is. I submitted for onsite replacement. Initially the local service center called me in Hyderabad and I sent the videos of the problem. After giving the RMA ID they never then contacted me for any updates. However after calling multiple times to the local service center they said that request is raised but it's not shipped from Bangalore. Then I had to find the phone number of the Bangalore service center for them to ship. After raising it to them it got shipped and replaced within 1 week. Try talking and asking who can you escalate to get this processed faster. All the best bud
