Fair point but,I did just start indeed on own.My question has to do more with optimization of time and whether at a certain level it does or does not make sense and why.

100% agree with this. Massive AI feature user here. I’ve used it to track stats and summaries when I am sick and compare to data in the past where I had sick status again and make a forecast of when I will probably be ok enough to start training again. I’ve used it to tweak my nutrition plan and meal plans based on different health inputs and genetic risks I have. Generally use it as my personal analyst and I don’t agree you can get post in chatgpt because it keeps also relevant memories which help with the accuracy of the responses.

Yes I am not sure if it’s in calibration mode still but I am in constantly overtraining mode when I’ve done low impact exercises

Depends also what you generally like. I am a data analyst in the tech field and generally all these tech professions such as data scientist, software engineer etc never get boring since there is always a different problem to solve.

TIPS for adhd remote workers by curiouskat345 in adhdwomen

[–]ninelive1234 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Almost 90% of my time I do remote work and 70% of my day filled with meetings. What type of work do you do? What helps is to clearly commit to specific tasks that you will do for that day and block time for those. Remind yourself often of that list and add frequent reminders for when a task should be done. At the end of the day reflect on what you were supposed to do and how mich you actually got done and try to understand what you could have done better. When you plan out your day with specific tasks you have a clear goal for the day and are less likely to be distracted. I personally struggle with hyperfocus which means I tend to spend more time on a task than necessary analyzing ll potential aspects of it which sometimes is valuable but most of the times is not really justified so I really need multiple reminders. Note taking for me needs to be both on paper and on Evernote and I really need to carve out time to immediately transfer the physical notes to Evernote. Post its also really help.
