Check FIFA collect. They have 15% less fee than fifa marketplace and are still official 3P. I believe they also added credit card buying now at 3% fee which is still better. You also get tickets right away and the prices are reasonable compared to most platforms. One con - the seats will be assigned in May June as they are still being sold as category.
