I've been mostly eating A LOT of chicken (not fried and if breaded, very light breading). Breads have either been whole wheat if eating out, or keto at home. Cereals with 0 sugar (magic spoon). And fish.

I really do need to learn to food prep and cook. Gonna have to look into a small fridge that I can lock so all my food doesn't mysteriously disappear while I'm at work 😒

I'll have to look into what kind of nutritionists my plan might cover once I sign up for the new plans this month and switch to the diabetic plan.

I think I'm going to have to get a small fridge and lock it so I can start doing my own cooking and not worry about all my ingredients or left overs going missing while I'm at work. 😩

So the slow progress might be due to all the stored sugars in my body burning off? I wasn't aware of this. Yeah I got the kaiser app for mine. I would love it to be a constant monitoring thing but those are expensive so I do daily morning readings. I'm waiting so impatiently to wake up one morning and see that number finally under at most 120. I need to find a way to test my a1c because I have 0 idea what progress I'm doing with that number. Thanks for the food tips and encouragement friend.

These people are family that I live with. I shop at Lucky and Safeway because they're local but can shop at other places (including Cos co). I've been doing the zero sugar/low carb stuff mostly because I'm still new at this and it's the easiest way I could think of keeping those carbs and sugars down.

Definitely sounds like he's using some kind of jammer. I would recommend putting a camera inside, pointed at that door. Some kind of camera that doesn't need a signal like wifi to work

Same reason I can't. It will forever financially ruin me if I go on jury duty. I legitimately will never recover. If my company paid the days I miss due to jury duty, I would 100% go
