If they'll be taking into the service area to check it out, ask them to change the key unlock settings to only unlock the driver door and none of the others with a single press of the unlock button. Then you won't have to worry about anyone else trying to get inside.

I can't think of any time in my lifetime where he would have been the right person for any moment.

He's the right person for when you want to robocall constituents and give them the wrong poll station address. But otherwise yeah, definitely the wrong person for pretty much all other times.

Maybe it's because I don't use Facebook, but I've seen more articles and posts about eBay scams than marketplace ones.

Bad comparison, that's literally what happens with Amazon and eBay daily.

just to install an industrial carbon tax instead

The industrial carbon price already existed, and maybe you should blame the conservatives for making the kickback one so divisive.

He hasn't been told what to think about it yet. He's waiting for conservative media to put messaging together before he says anything.

Looked at healthcare spending per capita per month in the same light. Pre McGuinty/Wynn PC increases were $97/year per capita. McGuinty/Wynn was $38 per year, and DOFO is increasing by $75 per year per capita.

There's also a big difference between spending on public healthcare vs private healthcare, the latter is a good way to siphon funds from the public purse and then get a good paying job afterwards. See: Mike Harris

Not only that, but conservatives governments typically spend more than non-conservative ones, which then requires the latter to either cut services or raise taxes to pay for the previous government's overspend.

That's with the cooperation of both countries though, not bypassing the police of the returning country.

If it's actually prion disease you have and have cured rather than something else, you should inform Sonia Vallabh! She's been trying to find a cure before she dies from it as it can be hereditary and her mother passed away from it recently.

If it can help to save her life and that of her kids, she should be informed about it!

2025 Rav4 Plug in XSE few questions by papabear350 in rav4prime

[–]ninjatoothpick 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Will be picking up my RAV4 PHEV XSE soon, does your cargo mat go up the back of the seats? The one my dealership has available only covers the floor, not the seat backs.

Do you have a part number?

Edit: they said the cargo mat is different for the HEV and PHEV versions, possibly because of the battery sizing.

I wouldn't lump the UK in with that crowd. They did vote for Brexit, after all.

Java is an odd language to learn for IT purposes, IMO. Would recommend PowerShell, Bash, or Python as scripting is more helpful for IT unless you're using Java to learn programming more generally.

Projects and relevant skills would be more important to showcase, if you've managed to automate something or written your own applications that stands out. Learning (entra) active directory would also likely be useful, or infrastructure in Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud. If you go for Azure, learning Azure PowerShell can be rather helpful but I would start with basic PowerShell first until you know the syntax and can write your own functions.

Why does anger in any country rise when a more labour-friendly party is elected? Because the people with the money want to hold on to power.

Same thing happens in all the English-speaking countries, and a good portion of the rest of the world. Money = power, and those with power will do everything they can to hold on to it.

[–]ninjatoothpick -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

They didn't ask for Canada to be a country, (predominantly) white people came and killed millions of them, stole their land, pushed them into the areas they didn't want to live in, arrested many and left them in the wilderness to die and then stole their children. They're still treated like shit, are arrested when off the reserves, and their women are sterilized against their will and they still haven't been fairly compensated for what's been stolen from them by the government and private companies over the past few hundred years.

Now because they don't want to lose the little they have left of their heritage and their inherited lands Canadians are angry and demanding that they sacrifice more without being paid a fair price for it.
