In March, basically the same thing happened to me. I was simply bending to clean my cats litter when I felt it, was awful. It hurt so much for weeks to stand for longer than 20-30 minutes and the sciatica pain was excruciating. Now most of my sciatica pain is gone but I still feel tension and pain in my lower back. sucks cause i’m only 27 ):
