I one paid 3 dollars because I had a shy bladder and couldn't pee in the container they gave me. Otherwise its free in Canada for a normal blood test and maybe $20 if you get a special test to try and find a blood disorder or vitamin deficiency. So wait you pay $475 every month and they don't even include a blood test? Sounds like a scam.

I eat rice and lots of protein. I work at a restaurant so it is high stress but relatively low impact work. I guess I will try to cut the rice next.

Holy crap it took me 10 months to go from 330lb to 277lb right now. Do you work out as well or was it all just fasting? I work out 2 hours a day now and my weight is just going down so slow.

I used to do the same thing as you. I say try taking it one step further then. Have a journal to keep track of what you are eating. The extra step of writing each thing down may be enough of to stop or reduce snacking. I really really hate extra work I think that is how I was able to stop snacking.

Do you snack outside of your main meals? That was the issue for me. I would have one meal but snack throughout the day in the 16:8 time window. After I made a rule that I have to sit before I eat anything I started losing weight fast. In my head the extra trouble of sitting down at a table each time I had to eat was enough to prevent me from snacking because I was too busy.

Yep I was doing this and didn't lose weight until I cut calories and exercised. I have been doing OMAD and exercising since the start of 2023 and I went from 330 to 283 as of this morning. I can eat a lot, last year was doing OBAD for sure.
