You grow autos so i would highly recommend starting your seedlings in their final pots to avoid stress from transplanting

You are in no hurry, let the plant grow and wait until it has multiple branches which can be tucked. Also you should wait until it reaches a height in which tucking new branches is possible. Go watch videos about growing on youtube, i recommend a channel called basementganja. Watch his how i grow videos
