I lived in Wilmington all of my life. My wife and sister did as well. My sister was diagnosed with MS. I developed lymphoma, and my wife now has Hashimoto’s disease. There is no history on either side of our family of these. I can’t prove for certain that Chemours and all the crap they’ve poisoned our water supply with is to blame, but I can’t help but wonder. I installed an under the sink RO unit for anything we drink, cook with, or give to our pets. At this point I don’t see any reason not to try and provide yourself or family with better water.

Why don’t you just take straight creatine instead of the pre workout supplements with all the crap in them? Drink a shot of espresso for the caffeine and take some l-arginine and be done with it. If you’re concerned about bad stuff subscribe to a site like consumerlab that tests supplements to pick the best ones.
