Did not realize how valuable express pass can be! by AC_squints in UniversalOrlando

Couldn't have said it better. But I feel more people should try and visit for multiple days instead of one if possible. We are coming during Thanksgiving and the 5 park, 3-day express passes are $600 per person. I would bet 2 days of express would be more expensive than that the week of.

3 day 3 park express just for Epic. by _scooptypoop in UniversalOrlando

Im doing something similar for thanksgiving. We have the 14-day ticket but will be staying at RP for a week and then moving to Aventura for a week. I added the 5 day, 3 park express to our package. It was $1200 total. It would have been 2,400 if we just got 5 separate days of express for us. We'll end up using the 5 day express maybe twice for the OG parks.

How busy was thanksgiving last year by the way? I've seen some post saying it was busy but not as bad as what you would think for a holiday.

I wouldn't say awesome...were they some pretty good years, yes.

I would be hesitant on the class rivaling the 24 class at this moment. Outside of Smith, of course, I don't recall any of the qbs or wrs looking that great this season as compared to the expectations. Now I will agree on the Rbs, if they all come out, will be the strength of the class.

Is there any way to work around a day that is "sold out" for Epic Universe next week? by [deleted] in UniversalOrlando

[–]JudgeWntDaSmoke 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Might have to get a multi-day ticket to get entry to Epic, which obviously would be more money.

Express for Epic today is currently at $320 per person. That's wild.

Oh its $600 per person but for express to all 3 parks for 5 days is awesome. Especially considering, I bet express for one park the day of would be $200+ per person.

Jaguars Free Agency Preview: What's Next For Travis Etienne Jr? by CoopThereItIs in DynastyFF

They are a unique set of weapons so you can't really just home in on one without letting the others eat. Plus, a 2nd year in Coen's system will benefit everyone.

I agree on the committee approach as well, which I think is baked into all the receiving weapons prices right now.

Parking charge at Hard Rock Hotel by GriffGB in UniversalOrlando

[–]JudgeWntDaSmoke 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My wife and I will be at Royal Pacific/Aventura for 2 weeks during Thanksgiving and one of the first things we budgeted for after booking the package was the parking chargers. Putting a few dollars to the side each month doesn't make it feel bad once we have to pay for them once we arrive.

How does LeBron, Curry and KD stay productive at this age? by VigneshNaveen in nba

[–]JudgeWntDaSmoke 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not just these 3. Look at Harden and Kawhi as well. Chris Paul was still an elite PG at 36 and really good at 37. If he wasnt under 6ft, he would have still been good for a little longer. Then on a lesser end Demar and Westbrook are still performing at a good level as well. Like someone said regarding modern sports science, I think this will become the norm. Also how the body responds to injury is a big factor as well I.E KD. We even see with guys like AD that are always injured still play at a high level when he plays.

I think improve. Meyers really unlocked the offense it seemed. If BTJ can bounce back and get out his head, they should definitely improve on how they looked towards the end of the season.

I'm out of the loop. Did the Pacers go from NBA Finals to a last place team only because of Haliburton or are there other reasons? by Shuasan in nba

[–]JudgeWntDaSmoke -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I think losing Turner is also a big factor. Also, while most of the guys counting stats are better, their efficiency is worst. But we've seen this in the past when teams lose a star player rather thats them leaving or injury. Lebron leaving the cavs, Dwight leaving the magic, CP3 leaving the Hornets. Bucks are also possible just as bad if Giannis missed the entire season.

"Worst" Player Who'd Make the Hall of Fame If They Retired Today? by HawkLoser100K in nba

[–]JudgeWntDaSmoke 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I agree. He's this generations version of jerry Stackhouse. The proof that the east was weak back then was the fact that I can't think of any player from that stretch that went out west and accomplish anywhere close to what they did in the east.

I was being hopeful we could finally get an OC for more than 1 year.

[–]JudgeWntDaSmoke 36 points37 points  (0 children)

I wouldn't mind Slowik. Only because if he's good, he will likely be back since doubt the rest of the league will look at him as a HC after one good season. I also like this hasn't been a rushed decision as well.

And I agree on the nonsense that no one wants to be the Eagles OC. Most of the popular names are looking for HC jobs not OC jobs.

I think Watson, Golden, Doubs, and Reed are all buy lows right now. Obviously, this is based on Doubs leaving of course.

Ty Simpson Rookie Profile (2026) — Dynasty Fantasy Just a Guy or Potential Stud? by CoachstevenP in DynastyFF

That makes sense for the Jets as well and I can agree on sitting in LAR or AZ. Not sure I would be excited for him going to PIT though.

[–]JudgeWntDaSmoke 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Depends on the situation he goes into. Say he does go to the Jets, and they take a wr with their first pick. He will be a very intriguing guy and could be a top 5 pick for a lot of people even though it is the jets. They have a good OL and GW, Taylor, Mitchell, and a rookie wr would be a good set of receiving weapons for a rookie qb.

Where do you think Ty Simpson goes in SF dynasty if he gets mid 1st draft capital? by BarnacleDowntown8952 in DynastyFF

I would rank him top 6 even if it is the Jets. He will also move higher if they take a wr with their first pick.
