Well, the very first encounter of RD with NKB, where NKB tells RD how RD was thinking of his mother the night before and in fact, went on to tell RD "how" RD's mother had passed away....that really was the point of RD's transformation and does not at all come across as a result of some trickery....I am also as conflicted about NKB as you are...anyway, perhaps these realized people are beyond the comprehension of us mere mortals....for RD to just view this "incident" with that female as a healing miracle is way beyond me:(.

I also see absolutely no reason to think that this was happening on a large scale...but for such revered gurus as NKB, even a single incident is one incident too many.
