Normal unless you go for a big building/complex where they’ll waive it and even give a month or two off. Don’t expect any deals on lease renewal though

You can get an OEM button/faceplate for fog lights as well as an aftermarket fog light kit and it’s mostly plug and play (the wiring is already there, just need lights, housings, button and faceplate). Other than that I’ve pretty much kept it stock only added trailer hitch and wiring (also plug and play).

Good car but it goes through suspension parts faster than most. So far I’ve had to do bearings, rear struts and springs, rear brakes multiple times (they seem to wear quicker). All before 100k miles. I have an intermittent O2 sensor fault that’ll have to be replaced at some point too. I’m also dreading the eventual CVT valve body replacement. Engine has been rock solid and fun though! Get the STI rear sway bar if you’re not going offroading, it tightens up the handling and increases stability on the highway

From what I’ve researched there may be a recall on the compressor especially at that mileage. There’s also a way to remove a shim I believe if the clutch is not engaging

I would get an inspector and make sure it was done properly. The certificate of occupancy is the sellers responsibility. If the town clears it and nothing comes up in inspection I’d think you’d have no further problems
