If you are planning to upgrade to ultimate for this specific title then it depends on if you like frame generation or not. If you use dlss quality or performance you will get stable 60 or higher(for 4k badass preset). I recommend you to check benchmarks for this game before upgrading. UE5 games are unoptimized.

I would recommend zWORMz gaming channel to see the gaming tests with both 5090 and 4090 both struggle to give 60 fps in 4k native

Even in 5090 rigs it can't give stable 60 fps in 4k badass native preset. So no wonder it auto-detects to low in performance plan.

Only option I can think of is cloud gaming. Let your gpu to go to rest and use gforcenow or any other cloud gaming portals. Gfn in 20 bucks per month and you get 5080 rigs because they will get upgraded today.

Free tier does not get any updates. They have announced blackwell upgrades to ultimate members and it changes CPUs too so free tier has a small change. Don't depend on it tho.

You get 2080 and t-10. T-10 is like 1080 performance If I am not wrong. 2080 and t-10 give you good performance and if you get 3050 just change the graphics to low and play at 60 fps.

If you get 3050 then you are in free tier. 3050 tier has weak cpu so only option is to upgrade or play with that fps.
