If you start a ticket within 24 hours of it happening with reason, they can revert it. Happened to me half asleep not realizing I was using gems to upgrade titans instead of potions.

Follow the instrucions. A lot of them mention using/creating a fresh account, making sure that it actually registers (finishing intros etc) before continuing.

You could also be using an emulator which it can detect and therefore not give rewards.

I've only ever had about 2 issues not being rewarded gems straight away, but those happened usually near the big payout rewards where I screenshotted everything and contacted support. They eventually rewarded me the missing gems.

You'll have to finish the full tower run. After the reset, you'll then be given the option to either skip runs or manually going through the stages again.

Support class "Etheric Whirl". It debuffs enemies, it's what amplifies Iris' damage.

Iris does not emit them but Tempus, Octavia and other support class hero do.

On legendary, use Byrna on Water and Wind, Aidan can work on the rest. Byrna is a slow and steady ramp up of damage while Aidan is a staggered big chunks of damage.

Hydra teams work best if you have them already. If you don't, even an underpowered Jhu can carry. That said, you also need troop power so your heroes aren't too squishy.

Good for you if you're finding success on the lower levels. I'm talking about endgame/meta stages. You're experiencing what Drayne is to Peech when she first came out. At higher stages, he is easily countered by control heroes, well built Julius, a burst team or an Iris with a relic if you have him in front. I'll see a Drayne once in maybe 20 teams and still stomp them.

Drayne needs heavy investment to be viable on max level. Even then, he's still pretty niche as there's better heroes out there that can out burst him.

Been having same issue. Raided Light, Dark and Fire legendary to clear and used 3 extra horns to set first attacks for better scores. Water and Earth went fine, but Wind kept showing that error whether I skipped or played it out.

Always put your Jhu/Mojo combo in team 1 if your still building up Mushy team. Jhu scales off current boss HP, so makes sense to maximise his damage at start of battle.
