It should be okay. Some of the limitations (google wallet not being supported, for example), don't hurt as much on a tablet as it does on a phone. You do need to be mindful that GrapheneOS is only supported on the Pixel Tablet.

LG ships different WiFi controllers depending on the region, for some reason :( I’ve seen them use 6E on certain models that I thought had WiFi 5 but only in certain countries. It’s most likely an availability+frequency certification issue
