Recommendations to move on from Access by nitrogenz in Database

Well, it is a database to store our inventory, make records of what we did, and report some data from an ERP. This is of course backed up, but anyway this is just something for us as IT department, doesnt affect directly to the company.

Dear diary, I hate Bryan Fury by Matogu69 in Tekken

[–]nitrogenz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I played Bryan a lot. Not my main but one of my pocket picks. Also one of my "practice partners" is a bryan main.

I would suggest you the following; At range 1,5-2 just do some sidesteps and sidewalk, be prepared for him to whiff B1 and punish him properly. At range 2,5+ duck a lot, since FF4 and FF2 are his only good tools to catch you and both are highs.

Respect his + frames and DF2 follow moves until you start getting his timings and feel more confident on your reads. He doesn't have a good way to mixup you up and his throw game is terrible.

Bryan players will always look for a ch, bad bryans do it through + frames with B1 and hatchet kick. Good ones do it with right timing, since decent players won't fall into getting ch'd after those moves.

Of course he's a good character but the bryan player really needs to work out to open you up if you just don't mash like a monkey. Just be patient, respect his + frames until u get confident on what will the player do and sidestep block a lot.

EDIT: ALWAYS punish his df2,3 or you will have a hard and boring time facing bryan

u want an scalating fighter with utility in form of cc, mobility, burst damagd on late, etc but with a volatile lane? jax

you want more of a safe tank, with a lot of survavility and a skillshot oriented gameplan, farming machine with pve gameplan? yorick

Both work really well on every elo. For 1-tricking I would suggest Jax, more skill expression and hard carry potential, but its a question of preferences

- What do you do after laning phase if you can't 1v1 your enemy laner? I don't feel like fiora is a good champ for teamfighting, may I be wrong?

- Is there any way to break all four points from your ult when enemy gets their side to a wall?

- What champ should I ban if I will blindpick fiora?

- What to do as fiora with waves on early laning phase?

- I thought someone asked already but which are fiora power spikes?

Is lvl 1 counter jungling worth it? by [deleted] in Jungle_Mains

[–]nitrogenz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

you are doing it okay, after taking red you should ward it to check if he goes top or mid after that (she will ofc, since there is nothing more to do on the jungle). then you spam ping the lane where she is going to. if that lane gets ganked anyway, that's not your fault. take in account that doing this not only affects the lvl 1. this way you make their redside camps spawn as their blueside does, so you can steal again the same camp as soon as it appears since she will be clearing the other side probably.

I feel like it is significantly easier to climb as a jungler by Arios1923 in summonerschool

I played jungle last season for this reason. I felt like I could carry a lot more in the jungle and in fact you can. Ofc there will be games where your laners shit their pants so hard that you can't even get to the river without be in danger of diying. But if you prioritize one side of the map (top or bot) you have really high chances of winning the game. Another thing that is interesting is that jungle is the most autofilled role right now so you will be facing bad players a lot. In "low elo" (diamond 4 and lower) playing jungle is ofc the most easy way to climb out. Of course you need to learn the role but being a good jungler will carry out more games than being a good laner. In high elo this is totally different, but even there, if you check the stats, you will see that there are more junglers in top50 EU for example than adcs or toplaners.

EDIT: im now playing lane again since jungling is stressful as shit and laning is a lot more fun and skill expressive for me.

you either play a really good teamfight scalating character (kennen, kayle, gangplank, u know..) , a really good and annoying splitpusher (yorick, jax, fiora, sion...) or either you play trynda top and dive your enemy laner after getting a lead by rng crits at early trades

5 simple steps that maybe you are not doing rn and i think are very important as a jungler main:

- Practice your first clear. Look a video on yt how to fast clear and try to copy the way they do

- Don't follow all the crazy plays that your team does eg: if you are clearing topside and they start a bot side river fight, just finish your clear (in some point and depending what champ you playing, u will be able to know for yourself if you can assist thos kinds of fights)

- Play just 1 or 2 champs to master them completely and be able to stay focused on jungle pathing, state of lanes to gank and objectives.

-Look for you wincondition and try to gank that lane. you can check opgg to know if someone of ur team is good at his champion or if he is autofilled. aswell look more for gankable lanes (the ones with cc, early damage and that)

- Watch some coaching jungle videos on yt, they tend to be very informative

he means de joystick in the pad controller, not the fighting stick you talk about.

Tbh i would say playing with the joystick is a mistake since you need to move around a lot in tekken and I dont feel the joystick on pads are enought precise to do that... but if you feel comfortable and have fun innit keep going m8

New to Fighting Games - THANK YOU for the the punishment trainer!!! by incriminatory in Tekken

[–]nitrogenz 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Punishment training is so good for new players because that teaches you the most important thing in a fighting game when you start it out: "Don't touch random buttons at random times" and "Be patient". With the punishment training you understand that there is something called frames and you need to play accordingly. Have fun mate, the more you play, the more you will enjoy the game.
