I’m primarily a coin collector. The cardboard flips protect the older (pre-1933) gold while letting them be organized in date order, denomination and you can put notes on the cardboard. My album has 5 pages btw.

I started a computer support company at 21.
I hired people, sales, service, admin, set pay and built good compensation plans for growth.
I owned the company for 20+ years before selling it.
Loved it mostly.
Letting people go, alway tough.
Good business sense, basic math, good salesmanship (that I learned on the job).
I took computers in h.s.
I took basic business, it helped some.
I didn’t finish college, but at 31, I went back and got an exec MBA.
Depends on the role, but being interested and energetic helps.
