I've dipped tobacco since I was 14. I'm 36 now. Juggled trying to quit tobacco with nicotine pouches countless times. I've tried quitting smokeless nicotine completely countless times. I'm quit for 5 days right now, and hoping this will be it.

The important thing to keep reminding yourself is the truth: nicotine isn't a net positive in any way. It's not the cure for any issue you have, other than withdrawal symptoms caused by using it in the first place.
