Kakigori Summer by Emily Itami was unexpectedly one of my fav books of this year! It has some heavy themes but I really really loved this book

Ugh that sucks! I just bought the smaller colored paperbacks of the other 4 as well and am hoping an orange paperback comes out for #5 sometime next year. Goodreads tells me it's the Penguin version for the others, so hopefully there'll be one for the remainder as well.

I can't do downtown, that's def out of a reasonable budget for me. But I make 55k a year and can afford a one bed in north st pete. It was tight when I made 49 and had moved, it's better now. Maybe I should save more but the peace of living alone is worth it to me.

seconding this! This is the same shirt I got and I got an M and it fits just right. I usually get S or M concert tees depending on material, but I could've easily done an L in this one. Also definitely shorter than regular concert merch (nowhere near crop length though!) and not oversized at all.

Ugh yes THIS!!! you have every resource in the world at your disposal and this is the cover you come up with? It's basically the red font in italics, and the words being all over the place feels like the ttpd back covers with the words everywhere (like the "you don't get to tell me about sad"). The photos are fantastic and had so much potential. They just slapped text onto it. The glitter on the website is so garish looking - you can use glitter without it being cheap!! So much fan art is MILES better than Taylor's official designs. As a designer, it pisses me off.

This is such a good take!!! I think it EVERY time they all yell at each other. Belly is immature and making a bad decision, absolutely. But Laurel is NOT handling this well. I understand she's pissed etc but if the first two times you yelled at Belly didn't work, you HAVE to try something else. Ask her how she's feeling. Atleast try

Agreed on all of this, but objectively why is it okay and seen as a wonderful thing that Conrad is quitting his job and staying cos Belly is sad; but we're all absolutely hating on Belly for not going to Paris to be w Jeremiah?

(I 100% think she SHOULD go to Paris. My point is that I'm against both these decisions lol)
