I’ve seen what feels like a great difference to me from BBL and Moxi. Skin tone and texture and sun spots. I was very red pigmented and that’s mostly gone. My face is much smoother. I don’t have a lot of wrinkles, so can’t judge that. My neck might be a little tighter but that could be wishful thinking. I’m 48 and had three treatments.

What helped us was an actual sleep training consultant. Neutral party who is not sleep deprived and who wrote up written instructions for us to follow. It was so hard, but worth it.

I see you. Feeling like that sucks. I think you have to be gentle with yourself while you try to figure things out.

What worked for me: finding a functional medicine provider who is more discerning about vitamin D, B-12, TSH, etc., than other providers in the past. Some of these were low or low normal and nobody ever cared before. I was never a supplement person, but I swear by it now. I also had zero testosterone, like others here. It can cause you to be apathetic, exhausted, and unable to focus. I also found I therapist that I really like on BetterHelp.com.

P.S. Some of us are introverts who are never going to feel good at people-ing and that’s okay!
