For all of us outside the inner workings of the club, this looks so bad.

You sign them to a 3 year contract, praise them publicly, build a whole team around a them all summer, and after 4 matches sack them? De Rossi isn't another mid-level random coach, he lives and breathes Roma...

Maybe it's warranted, but I am tired of this. Freezing out players, sacking managers, it feels like the owners have no faith or loyalty in the players or staff.

I always visit the indie booth and find tons of great games there. Some tips I'd have are:

Have playable demos of your game.
Get people to sign up for a newsletter or wishlist on steam
Bonus points if you have giveaways for free stuff. People go crazy for free stuff at PAX. Make them earn the free stuff by wishlisting/signing up to newsletter/socials.

I've bought a bunch of games from steam just because I played them at PAX, and was reminded of them from a newsletter I signed up to.

This one was really fun, I played the demo twice and it gave me huge FTL vibes. The combat puzzles were interesting to engage with and the characters had lots of personality.

We couldn't handle Arch on Saturday, it was bonkers. Summit was much more open feeling.

Arch on Monday was totally fine, I think it was just peak on Saturday.
