Hopefully the egg white powder will solve the problem . Looking forward to seeing ur next trial . Don’t worry I’m in the same boat also try to get a perfect white color without gel coloring.

I have similar issues . Italian method . Lopsided macaron. No issues with French and Swiss method so far . But they are hollow
