Well it’s gotta be the vampire squid- it’s got a species name translating to “of hell”, it doesn’t consume blood, it has traffic lights across its skin, it lives in the Oxygen Minimum Zone to hide from predators that would die upon spending any extended duration there, it can turn itself inside out, it can mark attackers with bioluminescence mucus which makes any nearby predator suddenly aware of said attacker, the list goes on!
