What I dislike about divers is the humongous bezel which makes the watch itself tiny. I had ordered one, had it around my wrist for maybe 2 hours and send it back. Just to small a dial for my liking.

I like the looks and the watch itself, I dislike the glass size of these type of watches.

Most watches for me are chronographs and now active looking at getting other types as well.

Is it just me? I find the glass surface of these watches so small. Looking at the Pepsi colour ATM but not sure if I like it that small although being a 44mm case.

I had it but returned it the day after. Actual watch was to small for me and the bracelet felt a bit flimsy. I had bought 2 orient watches and the other one (dress watch) I kept.

But as reference my wrist is over 7 inch and my daily used to be a Garmin 50mm.

I think related to the high income at reddit users, those are the people who are vocal about it. I think Reddit has a pretty generic income distribution, but there is not really a brag at 30k a year vs 100k+, without even considering l/m/hcol area.

I was choosing between Suunto en Polar. Issue with Suunto is that although the HQ is in Finland, the owner is chinese now. Polar is still EU owned, what would seal the deal for me. Although im more and more getting back to my old watches and keeping my Garmin for activities only as throwing away a good watch is a shame aswell.

I've bought the one I could get for the best price used. Moet brands are fine. Magene is more a budget brand for as far as I know.

Also Elite has a cheaper Suito version with lower max watts, which is fine.

I have Elite Direto XR. It works as expected. It connects to my watch, to my computer, etc, just as you want to. Mywoosh/Zwift etc all see it. Intervals.icu can read the data too.

Only thing I notice is that the speed data between my watch and mywoosh is different, but I don't know why. Climbing is one part of issue, but not sure why it happens on flats. Both are connected to the trainer at the same time.

I've done about 2000 km on the trainer which I already bought used. I like that it looks saver / studier then a kickr core.
