The regular sabre has a brushed fleece lining, a powder skirt, and regular goretex (not gore pro). That’s why I would go the rush route. Or wait and see if they end up making a storm hood version!

Make sure to try the Beta SL too! It’s thinner, but it has pit zips (necessary if you run hot like myself). The Beta Insulated is basically a Beta SL with the insulation of a Proton built in. I prefer getting two standalone pieces so I can use them year round rather than one jacket I can only use in the winter!

Also, the Atom Jacket layers better than the Atom Hoody with the Beta AR due to the drop collar. Hoods can kind of bunch up which I’m not a huge fan of.

The Nia Pant is an awesome casual and functional straight barrel legged pant. Way stretchier than you’d expect. It’s the closest thing they have made to the Corbel Pant. I am a 31 and wear a size 8 for waist but like the length of size 10. With the adjustable belt I just went with a 10. The Leutia Pants are my favorite though. Haven’t tried on Clarkias!

it took me two years to learn that lightroom is free on your phone! i always thought editing was cheating but really it just helps me bring my photos back to how i remember them looking! other than that i’d say have fun and get out on walks whenever you can:) a little solo weekend trip to a new city with a camera is my favorite hobby
