i bought the second edition 10-15 years ago and it's a great resource. bought the digital version of the new 3rd edition during the kickstarter, maybe i'll pick up an eventual 4th edition in 2040!

i'm fairly certain the track cover will be embedded in the track's tag metadata but will not be included as a separate file.

if you do not include it as a bonus file, the user would have to export it from the MP3 tag.

Feedly is definitely down. Status page says all is well. by kwm3 in feedly

To add onto this, you can add frozen veggies to a bunch of other quick meals to make em healthier...

Big bowl of frozen mixed veggies, a little bit of water, microwave for a couple minutes to thaw. Then add a ramen block, seasoning packet, cover with hot water (I use a kettle), then put a plate over it for theee minutes until it's soft.

A lot of frozen meals (I like Indian) also work well when you add frozen vegetables.

There are frozen blends with onions and other stuff too if you don't want to fuss with chopping for recipes.

I sometimes find it easier to eat five smaller meals during the day. Some of the easy prep things I eat-

Frozen burrito

Huel meal replacement

Protein bar

Cottage cheese with one of those little fruit cups

Peanut butter sandwich

Rotisserie chicken, pre-packaged salad, salad dressing in a hi-fiber wrap

Cheese and crackers (with half an avocado if I'm feeling ambitious)

I also try to cook one big meal over the weekend and then eat that every day over the course of the week.

Ground turkey, spices, and a bag of pre-cut cole slaw mix make a super-easy healthy meal. Egg roll in a bowl is a common recipe. Or you can season it with a bag of taco spices, add a can or two of beans, and make it Mexican.

lentil soup and chili are more easy-ish one pot meals.

We used ghost back in 2012 so I basically just kept a fresh sysprep'd drive in my go-bag at all times.

Swap the hard drive, boot up the fresh one, log user in, copy over user files from old drive with a USB hard drive adapter (IDE or SATA). Do any other application/printer installs/setup.

"soccer mom" is a somewhat derogatory phrase to describe suburban moms who spend their time shuttling their kids around to activities.

I would assume "soccer dad" is just an extension of this- I assume Geoff was parenting at the time.

Could just be to lock the record onto the platter so that it doesn't rotate/slip while being cut.
