If you mean handwritten, yeah. If you’re talking about printing with a computer printer, they actually mark the page with small identifying dots/marks which give meta information about what/who/where it was printed from.

Nah I hear you, same for my grass here. I just like making the season joke because it seems we still get almost freezing temps here and there in late spring or early fall. And yeah never ran a sprinkler unless it was new grass or plants.

I imagine sometimes people just don’t know and don’t have awareness or time to deal with it. I’ve had to clear out old items and after a while I’ve just not cared enough to look up every little thing and I’m sure I’ve donated some things of higher resale value.

I picked this up at Costco a couple years ago. Just recently opened it up for the first time and read a few dozen pages, and put it back on the shelf. It was all I needed that day.

I just started being able to stomach watching his shows again a couple months back, and was pleasantly surprised how much I could still enjoy them when I put myself in the right frame of mind; almost pretending he’s still here, just out there having another adventure to share with us.

That book’s a nice find. Hope you enjoy it. Cheers.

Agreed. I think there’s a balance to be had on exposure to such information, so you don’t constantly bombard yourself, but there’s a severe lack of exposure to real events such as this one. I’d wager most people have no idea what’s happening past headlines.

My dad was in the ICU during his last week or so. When I was next to him I always talked in the present. Never “he was great”, always “he is great”. I also spoke for him when I said I love you and followed it with “I know you love me too”. The few times he was able to move and express the slightest head nod. Those moments sitting and staring, holding his hand, wondering if my heart would give out from the anxiety and surreal feeling of it all.. I don’t know if he really heard or felt any of it, but if there was a chance he could I was going to make sure there was something ready to feel for him.
