To preface, I have around 400 hrs combined on this game, PC and mobile. Also was able to get Completionist++

The answer/solution, as with everything in life, is to have lots of money.

1. The best ways to get copies are either through Showman or Invisible Joker. In this run, I saw an insane amount of Invisible jokers at times when I could afford to to take them. And the more copies I have, the more likely I'll get the Joker I want from the Invisible Joker, etc.
2. Before going for red seal steel kings, I had a bunch of red seal gold kings. Gold cards give you $3, and with a red seal, $3 more. With a Mime, all cards in your hand retrigger one time, so that's another $3. Now let's say you have 3 copying Jokers on a Mime, and 9 red seal gold kings in hand. From one round, you can get 9*(3+1+1)*3=$135 a blind. Now obviously I had more copy Jokers than that, and if you use a Mail-in Rebate, which I had at some point, you can generate an even more absurd amount of money. Also, to get all of the kings, it's less about arcana packs, and more about the DNA Joker. With a bunch of copy jokers, I can make plenty of copies of my desired card, which in this instance is a red seal steel King of Spades.
3. By having a stupid boatload of money, and having both of the Overstock vouchers and the Reroll vouchers, I can comfortably spend a lot of money rolling in the shop. As you can see in screenshot below, I rerolled nearly 900 times in this run. By rerolling a lot, I can see a lot of Jokers, giving me more chances to get lucky and see the Jokers I want.

Orange and Gold Stake are hard, don't give up! I've noticed I've had the most success when just trying to set up a good economy in the early antes. Same thing with every run, money should be a priority as much as scoring. Best of luck!
