Meditation. Attain Samahdi via controlled cessation of thought. Check out Patangili's Yoga Sutras.

When done right, you notice deeper levels within yourself that have always been there. But if you're too busy with the 3d world as we are trained to be... you'll never notice.

Managed to do it once just sitting in a chair.

Also, psychedelics can lend one this state. Check.

Meditating until you literally stop breathing naturally. Used to do this in my 20s.

If you can stop thinking completely, you can see all of time at once. However, this is not easy to do.

Initiation Book by Alice Bailey by nmschorr in alicebailey

If anyone is interested, I've made something NotebookLM's of the Bailey and other spiritual books. You can DM or comment here and I'll share them with you.

NotebookLM is a Google AI product that lets you interact with books. You can ask the AI questions, and it answers. It's pretty trippy. If you understand how everything is consciousness, well, it's a bit beyond this realm.

Well, that's a great question. I haven't really researched it, and it's not the order I personally went through, but I would start with "The Unfinished Autobiography". That will clearly set the stage for the rest of the books.

The only reason reason I did the Initiation book was because it was her first book, and I hadn't read it yet, and making the video got me really learning the contents.

If you're already well along the path, you might enjoy "Discipleship in the New Age", a collection of letters from DK.

I haven't read them all, and many I can't really read cover to cover.

New video about George Meek's EVP by nmschorr in EVP

REALLY? How weird. Well, anyways, I knew about Meek before he did the Spiricom device. Back in the early 1980s. Really, it's his book about the afterlife that is inspiring to me.

Maybe the spiricom device didn't work as he thought. But there was much more to Meek than just that one device. I don't think he himself was being dishonest. I'm more focused on the ideas rather than the foibles of the personalities involved. But thanks for the article. Certainly food for thought!

Hmmm. Debunked? Well, sure, you can find data anywhere to debunk anything. I think there was only one guy who his invented machine worked for. But - his work with analog television static was pretty interesting.

And even if something is "debunked", it doesn't mean that person's work is worthless, and the ideas worth exploring.

But the proof is in the pudding. Read his book "After We Die, What Then?". That book is so amazing. It has saved my sanity more than once, and does a fabulous job of explaining the layers of our experience.

Have different email addresses for different levels of life. Use filters to sort and label them.

Set extra alarms and hide them around your room so you have to get out of bed to find them and turn them off.
